 Welcome to East Roswell Dyar! We have eaten here twice within two weeks. The food is delicious. The smoked eggplant appetizer with homemade bread is fantastic. We have enjoyed the Jumbo Shrimp Kabob, the Koobideh and the Beef Barg, all wonderful. The Saffron Rice is yummy, but the Adas Polo rice is sooooo good. The wine list is comprehensive and very reasonable. They are in a soft open right now and just ramping up, but they are doing a great job. The owner Alex and the other gentleman Nick are just lovely and so welcoming. Dyar is quickly becoming a local favorite for us. Dyar is pronounced Dee R if anyone is curious.
